Natasha is the heart behind our client experience at Boboto Care, ensuring that every family who connects with us feels supported, understood, and exceptionally cared for from the very first interaction.

As our Client Experience Manager, she brings a rare blend of warmth, operational excellence, and people-first leadership shaped by her background in both fast-paced startups and large-scale retail teams.

With years of experience managing teams, systems, and customer journeys, Natasha has an intuitive understanding of what it takes to deliver truly outstanding service.

She is deeply committed to making sure every detail is thoughtfully handled, matching families with the right support, streamlining communication, and creating a seamless, reassuring experience during what can be an incredibly vulnerable time.

In addition to her leadership in client experience, Natasha is also a Certified Newborn Care Specialist. This hands-on experience gives her a unique perspective when supporting families and guiding our team,she understands not just the logistics of care, but the emotional and practical realities of life with a newborn.


At her core, Natasha is driven by one goal: to make sure every family feels like they are in the best possible hands.
