Mila
Mila Natasha Mendez is a parent, educator, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and La Leche League Canada Leader who brings warmth, expertise, and a deeply personalized approach to infant feeding support.
With more than 12 years of experience in education, advanced lactation training, and a Master’s degree in Gender, Feminist and Women’s Studies, Mila understands that feeding a baby is about so much more than technique. Every family arrives with their own story, preferences, challenges, culture, and goals, and Mila creates a calm, non-judgmental space where parents can feel heard, supported, and confident in the choices they make.
Families especially appreciate Mila’s ability to take the pressure out of feeding. Her approach is relaxed, reassuring, and refreshingly practical, offering realistic guidance that works within each family’s individual circumstances rather than expecting parents to follow a one-size-fits-all plan.
Whether a family is breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, combination feeding, or navigating feeding challenges, Mila focuses on helping parents understand their baby, feel confident in their decisions, and nurture connection through their baby’s earliest feeding experiences.
At Boboto Care, Mila offers the kind of thoughtful, individualized support that allows families to feel genuinely cared for combining education, compassion, and practical expertise so parents can move forward feeling informed, reassured, and supported.
