Jamie is a Registered Nurse, Labour and Birth Doula, and mother who is passionate about supporting families through the transition into parenthood.

With experience in postpartum, labour and delivery, newborn care, and paediatrics, she brings a clinical foundation alongside a compassionate, family-centred approach. She holds certifications in NRP, BLS, PALS, and breastfeeding education. Jamiebelieves every family deserves to feel informed, supported, and confident in their choices during the postpartum period.

She chose this work because she understands both professionally and personally how meaningful—and overwhelming—the early days with a new baby can be, and she wants families to feel less alone during this important transition.
