Kait is a seasoned, certified birth and postpartum doula who brings a calm, grounded presence and a wealth of knowledge to every family she supports. With experience guiding families through pregnancy, labour, birth, and the postpartum period, Kait offers compassionate, evidence-informed care that meets each client exactly where they are.

She loves supporting parents through natural process of birth and in each parent’s innate ability to care for their baby. Kait is passionate about helping families tune into their instincts, build confidence, and feel empowered throughout their perinatal journey and into parenthood.


In addition to her professional experience, Kait is also a mother to her five-year-old daughter, who continues to inspire her deep respect for the transformative nature of this work. Her lived experience enriches her care, allowing her to support families with both empathy and understanding.
